INCLUDING:

• Do you want your charms sent loose (not mounted on a chain)? This means that the charms will be separated from the chain and will not be attached in any way. Assembling the jewelry yourself will require some small pliers to open and close the jump rings. The charms do not clip on and off.
• If you would like the charms mounted on the chain, what order would you like them placed in, from left to right when looking at the chain laid out in front of you? (example: tiara, dog, baseball, pearl, heart)
• If you ordered more than one chain, which charms do you want placed on each chain, or do you want any of your chains sent without charms on them?
• If you ordered more than one number charm, do you want the two numbers placed next to each other to create a two-digit number? (We cannot solder the numbers together; they will just sit next to each other on the chain.)
• If you do not leave any notes or your notes are conflicting, we will use our best judgement. We are not responsible for errors in your order or notes.

If you do not leave us any notes or your notes are not clear, we will assemble your necklace or bracelet to the best of our ability using our creative judgement. We are not able to offer re-designs after assembly.
