Refund policy

Due to our products being handcrafted and customized specifically for each order, we unfortunately cannot offer any refunds. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, so we do offer exchanges or store credit for defective items only on a case-by-case basis.

If you receive a defective item and would like to initiate an exchange or request store credit, please sign in to your Customer Portal and submit a return request within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please include your order number and a photo of the defective product with the defect clearly shown in the picture so we can assist you quickly. Items damaged during shipping will be rectified via direct claim with the shipping provider or applicable shipping insurance. 

For eligible exchanges, please note that all shipping costs for exchanging an item will be the responsibility of the customer and all approved exchanges will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Items returned for exchange must be unworn and in their original packaging.

We are unable to offer returns or exchanges if you’ve simply changed your mind, ordered extra, or ordered the wrong color, size, or style, so please double-check your order details carefully before completing your purchase.
