HOW IT WORKS

STEP 1: CHOOSE YOUR CHAIN: Select the style of chain and length you would like. All necklace chains come with a 2" extender and bracelets come with a 1" extender. 

STEP 2: ADD YOUR CHARMS: Click on a charm to select it and it will appear on the chain for real-time visualization and design of your piece! Click the charm again to remove it. Click and drag your selected charms to place them in the order you would like them mounted on your chain. This is much easier to do on a desktop than mobile device. We recommend choosing an odd number of charms and placing the largest/heaviest charms in the center part of the necklace for best balance.

Please note chain and charm sizes are approximate and not perfectly to scale. Actual product size, coloring, and spacing may differ slightly from what is pictured, but charms will be assembled in the order you arrange them on the charm builder. 

STEP 3: FINALIZE AND ADD TO CART: Please triple check your selections and desired layout. If you have any additional special instructions, leave them in the notes box. Click "Add to Cart" at the bottom of the page to continue to checkout.

STEP 4: GET READY FOR SOME HAPPY MAIL: We will receive a copy of your design and will assemble accordingly before shipping off your custom creation! Please allow 5 business days for us to craft your masterpiece.
